The only thing better than visiting the park is sharing the experience with a group, and we offer discounted rates for groups of 20 or more! We are happy to explore all options to make your day extra special, including food and drink packages and options for a dedicated space for your group to relax.

How do I receive group rates?
Simply fill out our group contact form on this page to share a few details about your event. We’ll be in touch to answer any questions you may have and to finalize payment & party details.
How many people does my group need to have to receive discounted group rates?
Discounted group rates are available for groups of 20 or more.Â
Do I need to make a reservation to receive discounted group rates?
Yes, group rates must be arranged ahead of your visit. Don’t worry, it’s easy to get started, just fill out our contact form below!
How do I pay for my group?
Once we finalize your event details we will send a payment link that will take care of all admissions and any add-ons you wish to include. Upon payment, we will send your tickets or arrange for pick-up.
We can also make arrangments to pay the day of your event. If participants wish to pay separately, tickets must be purchased in person with all members present; reservations are still required.
Can I be post invoiced for my group?
Post event invoicing is only available for organizations that can provide a purchase order and are verified in advance by our group sales coordinator.
Do chaperones and others who are not participating in activities need to purchase a ticket?
Fun-Plex does not offer observer or non-participant passes. All guests entering the park, including counselors, chaperones, and parents, are required to purchase a ticket.
Can I just reserve a place for our group to sit?
We do offer options to reserve large pavilions as well as waterpark cabanas. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll be happy to explore the possibilities with you.
Can I bring in my own food?
Fun-Plex prohibits outside food and drinks in the park. However, we offer a wide variety of food and beverages at locations throughout the park. An exception is made for birthday cakes or cupcakes. For more details, please see our outside food and drink policy here.
Do you offer options for non-profits or for shorter visits?
We’re happy to provide a custom quote for daycares, school groups, camps, youth groups, church groups, or similar organizations to fit your budget and needs. Reach out to us through our contact form for more information.
Do you have any other group options?

GROUP DAY TICKETS
- Day tickets include unlimited rides, and all waterpark attractions. Tube rental and parking are complimentary.
- Lockers, cabanas, games, and concessions are not included in park entry.
- A single day ticket to Fun-Plex is valid for one person, on one single day, on any public operating day from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
- All rates subject to 7% sales tax.
- Fun-Plex does not provide refunds after the point of purchase for any reason.
- Every person entering the park must purchase a ticket or season pass. Fun-Plex does not offer any type of spectator or non-participant ticket. Guests may leave and re-enter the park on the same day with a hand stamp.
- Hours and attractions are subject to change. Attractions may be unavailable due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
- Please note that during periods of low park traffic, rides & attractions may be temporarily unavailable or operating on a scheduled rotation. Please check our daily park schedule upon arrival to help plan your visit.
- Fun-Plex reserves the right to close for private use; therefore, passes are not valid during closed park events.
- Admission to special events may not be included in purchase, including certain after-hours or pre/post season events.
