Can I just do the rides or just the water park?
A pass to Fun-Plex includes the waterpark attractions and rides. It is not possible to purchase access to only the waterpark or rides individually.
What is the Chaperone Policy?
In order to keep the park a safe and fun place for all to enjoy, guests under 16 must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old. Each adult chaperone can accompany up to six youths. Chaperones must remain within the park for the duration of their party’s visit. Any guests causing a disturbance may be subject to ejection without refund.
We believe this policy will help to ensure a positive experience for all of our guests.
What type of payments are accepted?
Fun-Plex is cashless inside the park.
Cash may be used for ticket purchase at the ticket booth as well as to purchase a gift card for use in the park.
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover credit cards along with most debit cards are accepted for admission and at all food outlets. We also accept Apple Pay. Personal checks are not accepted.
Do I have to pay to enter the park?
Fun-Plex requires all patrons to pay an admission fee to enter the park. We do not offer Non-Participant or Observer tickets.
Can I leave and come back?
Is outside food or drink allowed?
Fun-Plex prohibits outside food or drink in the park. We offer a great selection of food and drinks throughout the park. From carnival foods to a full meal, Fun-Plex has you covered!
Exceptions: Guests may bring in one sealed bottle of water (unflavored) per person or an empty bottle which can be filled with ice/water at our concession area at no cost. Small amounts of food for babies/toddlers including formula, milk, baby food, or personal snack. Small snack/meal for those affected by allergies, diabetes, or other health issues. Please keep in mind that Fun-Plex will not hold any food or drinks for later pick while guests are in the park. Guests who would like to leave the park to eat may receive a hand stamp for re-entry in the same day.
Can I bring in a chair or umbrella?
We do not have a strict policy regarding personal chairs. However, we do reserve the right to ask guests to move their personal chairs if they obstruct our walkways or are being used in areas that are not intended for guests. Personal chairs are not permitted in cabanas to increase capacity.
All items entering the park are subject to inspection.

How much is a cup of water?
A cup for ice water is $0.50. We will refill your water for no charge. Guests may also bring in an empty water bottle to be filled at our drinking fountains.
Do I have to pay to park?

Are there changing rooms and lockers?
Changing rooms and lockers are conveniently located near the water park entrance. Lockers are $15 for an all day rental for a medium locker, and $20 for an all day rental for jumbo locker. Fun-Plex has a new locker system which utilizes a kiosk and personal pin code. There are no refunds issued and no keys to return.

How old do you need to be visit Fun-Plex alone?
It is advised for anyone under the age of 16 to be supervised by an adult guardian while at the park. Fun-Plex is not responsible for unaccompanied minors.
Should attractions close due to severe weather before 5:00 pm, and you choose to leave the park at that time, a raincheck may be requested by presenting the original entry ticket at the main entrance.
All rainchecks issued must be used in the current season. Fun-Plex reserves the right to close and open certain attractions as weather permits.
Fun-Plex does not offer payment refunds after the point of purchase for any reason.
