What if there are people who won’t be doing anything and just watching?
Fun-Plex does not offer observer or non-participant passes. All guests entering the park are required to purchase a ticket.

What is included in an admission?
All admissions include unlimited rides and waterpark. Tubes are provided at no extra charge. Lockers, concessions, and merchandise are available for an additional fee.

What if I have more than six people?
Our packages are available in increments of six, but you can combine multiple packages to accommodate your group. Gift cards never expire, and any extra admission tickets can be used for another visit during the season. You’re also welcome to purchase additional admissions and concessions separately as needed. However, please note that each package includes only six wristbands for cabana access. Groups exceeding this limit may need to find alternative seating.

How much do I save with a package?
Our package deals offer approximately 10% savings compared to purchasing items individually at full price. Plus, you’ll receive a complimentary party gift worth over $50!

Can I bring in my own food?
Fun-Plex prohibits outside food and drinks in the park. However, we offer a wide variety of food and beverages at locations throughout the park. An exception is made for birthday cakes or cupcakes. For more details, please see our outside food and drink policy here.

Can I just rent a party room?
Fun-Plex does not have dedicated party rooms. However, if you’d like a private area, a great option is to rent a cabana in our waterpark.

How should I arrange the pick up and drop off if I am inviting guests?

To make things as simple as possible, we recommend that groups arrive at the park together or set a specific time to meet outside the entrance. Please remember that everyone entering the park must present a ticket. Therefore, it’s best to arrange pick-up and drop-off outside the entrance and clearly communicate these details with parents. If someone arrives late, their ticket must be brought to the front entrance.

Can we bring gifts?
While we don’t prohibit bringing gifts into the park, we recommend leaving them at home if possible. This ensures no one has to keep an eye on them throughout the day and allows for more time to enjoy all the Fun-Plex fun!
