Should attractions close due to severe weather before 5:00 pm, and you choose to leave the park at that time, a raincheck may be requested by presenting the original entry ticket at the main entrance.

All rainchecks issued must be used in the season which they are issued. Fun-Plex reserves the right to close and open certain attractions as weather permits.

Fun-Plex does not offer payment refunds after the point of purchase for any reason.

Should the park close for the entire day, we will update our website and social media as soon as a decision is made.
